There’s a whole lot of “new” going on at Beach Club Doral 909! Newly updated with 65 inch Smart Tv, new linens, new rug, new furniture and we even have a new management company! Beach Club D909 is everything you dream about when you imagine a fresh coastal paradise!

Beach Club D909 has everything your family needs! From this ninth-floor condo, you will enjoy a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room, dining area, kitchen and balcony! Relax in the beautiful Gulf Side Doral pool and hot tub or stroll down the boardwalk to the endless beach far from the crowds. The owner is a member of The Clubhouse, so guests may access amenities, see details below.

The king master bedroom privately adjoins the master bath. The half bath is located in the hall area and is convenient for all. The kitchen is well appointed with everything needed for meal preparation. The appliances are full size and includes a dishwasher. Coffee maker, blender, toaster, hand mixer and can opener are provided. The washer/dryer is conveniently located in the utility area.

Bed, sofa sleeper, bath and kitchen linens are provided. Bring your beach towels. A "One Day" supply of these basic items are stocked for your convenience: paper towels, dish washing detergent, clothes detergent, trash bag, toilet tissue, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Please bring your make up removal wipes to preserve the linen.

Without additional fees, you may patron the fine dining restaurant and bar, with outdoor dining, located on the second floor of The Clubhouse and the salon and spa on the first floor of The Clubhouse. Also, you may patron the casual sports bar and restaurant, ice cream/coffee bar, and the beach supply and apparel shop near the entrance of the property. Seasonally, a tram runs throughout the property, but you may enjoy the scenic walk and stop off a very nice playground with slides and swings. Bring your bicycles or pack a basketball; there is a basketball goal on the West end of the property. Also, you may rent beach loungers, pay for parasailing and other activities on the beach at the club desk. Loungers with umbrella rental prices vary based on the number of setups and days rented. However, inexpensive beach chairs and items can be purchased locally, but are not supplied by the owner.

The owner of D909 is a member of The Club, so the clubhouse private amenities are available with a daily fee which is to be paid in person at The Club Desk for the days you choose, if any. The price varies based on the number of days used, but usually averages about $35.00 per day per condo, not per person. Enjoy a Gulf View from the club's private amenities: Indoor pool, outdoor community pool with seasonal entertainment, hot tub, tiki bar and grill, and fitness center. The private amenities, also, include access to the luxurious separate ladies and gentlemen locker rooms with showers and saunas, world class clay tennis courts, children's activities, other poolside events and use of basketballs for the courts.

Good, except: 1. Bathtub is dangerous; no traction strips on slippery bottom and no grab bars. Safety hazard. 2. Hair dryer does not work. 3. Frequent smokers on nearby balconies hindered enjoyment of the nice balcony. 4. Closet space sparse and hard to access. Bed too big for bedroom. 5. I would not recommend this unit or rent it again.

3-day stay was so much fun
We enjoyed our stay at Beach Club Resort very much. The condo was clean and as it was described. I loved the lounge chair on the balcony. It was a short walk to the beach and the elevator was super fast. The bed was very comfortable and the shower felt really good. I have no complaints at all with the room. I must say the key pad combination was hard to remember it was long. I come to the area 3 to 4 times a year and have never had this issue anywhere else. I carried it on my phone and my husband never did remember it. I had a question for the host about getting on the beach until check in time for our room. …..Not asking for early entrance. I got nothing. No response to even say “it’s not allowed”. It was sent on the day on arrival HIGHLIGHTED that there was no early entrance and not to call. I wasn’t wanting to enter the condo and an answer one way or the other would have been fine and I do realize that some would abuse the request.

Beautiful condo
The Beach Club has long been our favorite location for a beach trip. This condo was beautiful and clean. The bed was an extremely comfortable Tempur-Pedic. The furnishings are very pretty and the appliances all worked well. My only real complaint is that the kitchen is poorly stocked. There’s plenty of utensils, dishes and glassware, but the condo is severely lacking cookware. There was no frying pan or skillet to be found. I had to fry our breakfast eggs in a boiler. This was not a huge problem for us, since we ate out every night, but if I had planned on cooking even one dinner, I would have needed to go purchase a pan.
