The perfect house in the perfect spot with everything you’ll want for your upcoming vacation!!! Shore Thing Beach House is a very nice 3 bedroom-2 bath house featuring a beautiful 12 x 28 private HEATED swimming pool (November - April. $50 per day), surrounded by a 25 x 40 sun deck. This home offers the best of both worlds. You can spend the day at the beach frolicking in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico & playing in the sand or, if you prefer, you have access to your own private pool. The deck provides awesome views of both Mobile Bay and the Gulf of Mexico and is perfect for sun bathing. When you come back from the beach be sure to rinse off in the enclosed outdoor shower with both hot & cold water. Morning sunrises to late night talks can be spent on the covered front porch which offers plenty of seating and three rocking chairs. Other amenities include Satellite TV, TV’s & DVD’s in all bedrooms and living room, an outdoor grill and a very well stocked kitchen.

Of the 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king size bed; bedroom 2 has a queen size bed and bedroom 3 has a queen & twin size bed. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. Sleeps 9.

Free WIFI, microwave, blender, coffee pot, dishwasher, laundry room.

Must be 25 years of age to rent this home. No smoking and no pets allowed.

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean. The view of the beach from the front porch is amazing. Our kids loved the pool. It’s a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The host is very accommodating. We would stay here again!

Our stay was really good. We enjoyed the pool so much it was an extra charge for heating the pool but it was worth the extra money. I also loved that the kitchen was well stocked with cooking pans, pot, utensils! We would recommend a stay at Shore Thing to our family and friends.

We had a great time at A Shore Thing. By far the cleanest property we have stayed at using VRBO. Great communication by the owners. The location is perfect and quiet, nice view of the gulf and just a quick walk to the beach. We will stay at this property again!

Host had great communication and easy to work with. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We don’t like staying in town so the house was in a great location right across the road from the beach, you could sit on the porch and watch the ocean. Def recommend this property to anyone booking and next time we travel to Gulf Shores we will be back.

Amazing location!
The house was overall amazing. The location was the best part. It was away from all of the big condos so the beach was nice and quiet with not a lot of people. It was just a short drive to any restaurant or store. The kids LOVED the pool. The beach can be seen from the front porch AND the pool deck and is just a short walk away.

We were happy with the listing. Everything was clean and the location was great. The only issue we ran into was the pool heater went out the last day of our reservation. They had a repair main out the next morning to fix the issue. We enjoyed our time in Gulf Shores.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Gulf Shores. The house was sufficient but I wish the grounds were a bit more kept up. The pool was a nice addition since we had a small child who wanted to swim but a bit afraid of the ocean.

Great Vacation
We had a great time in the Fort Morgan area and really enjoyed the location. The pool was on the smaller side but it worked well for our younger kids. The close access to the beach was great and it wasn’t very crowded which was very nice. We had a couple unexpected issues during the stay and the property owner was very responsive and great to work with.

Great view and proximity to the beach. My family enjoyed the rockers and swing on the front porch in the mornings, and the lounge chairs and pool on the back deck in the afternoons. I wanted to sleep with the windows open to enjoy the lulling sound of the waves at night, but I was over-ruled. My folks prefer the hum of ceiling fans. The place was impeccably clean. The furnishings were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. We hope to return for an extended stay.

Surprise!!!
Our elderly mother enjoyed her trip to the beach. We made it even better by surprising her with her son coming in from Texas. The house is located in a very nice area just steps from the beach. The house also has a pool for added fun! The owner is beyond helpful and quick to answer questions or concerns. We found the house very comfortable for 8 ppl and would recommend it to friends and family looking for a beach get away!
