Welcome to Paradise, as luxury vacationing doesn't get any better than this! The only beach front rental condominium in Alabama where there is one condo per floor. Private access as the elevator to go directly to your condo.

It is the largest floor plan of any rental on the Alabama beaches with almost 5000 sq ft including balconies. Our 10th floor condo sleeps 18 comfortably in its 4 oversized bedrooms and 4.5 baths. It has 4 king beds, 1 queen bed, 3 full beds in the bunk bed, and 2 twin mattress.. Nothing on the beach compares to the luxury accommodations that this Penthouse offers! All the rooms have 10 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling windows and the bedrooms all have their own private balcony. There are 14 condominiums in Oceania and only 9 of them are rentals.

There is a convenience store across the street for easy access to groceries and beach supplies!

There are only 2 parking places available at Oceania but you can rent across the street at Ikes Beach Services or Pier 33 grocery store for $45 per day per vehicle. Gulf Coast Rentals in Orange Beach is only $75 a week.
