This unit has a queenin the master bedroom, a full sleeper sofa in the living room and bunk beds (1 full and 1 twin) and another twin bed upstairs. Bring the entire family with you and enjoy this jewel of a property! Unit has washer + dryer; stairs and no elevator. Can walk to beach or drive less than 5 minutes!

First timers
I was a first timer to gulf shores. This was a cute place a little far walk to beach approach and to tourist activities. Pool was nice as well as it was clean. We had to go buy more toilet paper and towels. Towels were left in washer we did not know this till we went to use washer.

Our particular room was not up to standard. The main bed was like a folding cot. Sink in bathroom had big chunks of porcelain missing and the exposed surfaces had severe rust. Tv’ s were dirty, furniture was old and dilapidated. We had family at other units on the property and their rooms were of good quality, ours wasn’t. We stayed one night of three and then found a hotel and stayed there for the remainder of our vacation. It is unethical to continue to rent this property as is.

I sent 3 messags to the property owner did not here back from her. Letting her know that my husband was in a 3 car accident on his way to work on may 25 he was sent to the hospital had surgery onay 26 and we are still in the hospital. I just wanted to see if I could reschedule the trip for a later time. No response at all.

Mother/Daughter Trip for senior year
This budget-friendly space was just fine for our stay. It needs a deep clean for dust, smears, and splatters in kitchen and bathrooms but otherwise it was just fine. Location amazing. Checking in and out was a breeze. Pool area and parking were clean and easy to use. Recommend for quick stays where being in the economy space is for a safe place to sleep.

Lagoon vacay
The condo was the perfect size for a family with 2-3 kids. Check in/out was easy. Being across the street from the beach was a bit inconvenient due to no easy to reach beach access. The lagoon was nice for kayaking. The picnic area/grill was a plus.

Some pros and cons
Long review warning! Pros: The unit was pretty clean (except for the floors). It’s in a good location insomuch as it is very central to everything you want to do in gulf shores. Check in was a breeze and the owner is responsive. It’s a super quiet condo. The pool is very nearby and super nice. Everyone we encountered was nice. We fit two SUVs in the allotted parking space and there is an overflow lot that was mostly empty during our stay. There is cable and good Wi-Fi. You get the Wi-Fi password in your trip info. A/C was very cold. A coffee maker, a few dishes, some dishwasher pods, and a dishrag are included in kitchen. A few towels provided but we did bring extras. Washer and dryer works great. Cons: The condo is up two BIG flights of stairs. It can become tiresome. It’s also much smaller than the pictures portray. It’s exactly as pictured, but the pictures make it look more spacious than it really is. When we arrived, the master bedroom pocket door was off the track, but my husband fixed it. It will easily come off track again though if you’re not careful. The master bed is not the comfiest. It’s also not a king. It’s a queen at best, maybe even a double. The spiral stairs leading upstairs are VERY narrow. I’m a tall girl and repeatedly hit my knees on the rail just trying to walk down the stairs. They’re also very shaky. While you *can* walk to the beach, you will not want to. It’s a *long* walk which wouldn’t have been an issue but we had small children. We ended up driving to the state park public beach which was fine with us. The place was fairly clean, but the downstairs bathroom smelled pretty musty (I think it was the shower curtain). The floors were filthy and turned our feet black. The unit is kind of dated and there’s some spots of peeling paint, rust in the sink, etc. The sleeper sofa is a no-go. The downstairs shower fills up while you shower (yuck) and takes a while to drain. Hot water runs out quickly and very little water pressure.

A campsite might have been better
We arrived to find that the place was not cleaned very well. The sheets on the bed looked to have not been properly washed. The doors were coming off the hinges in the main bedroom. The bathrooms had poor water pressure. The spiral staircase was difficult to climb and was not very sturdy. The bunk bed upstairs was dangerously close to the fan. Overall, not very happy with the place and disgusted with the bedding and sheets.

Room needed cleaned better. Towels and sheets had a stale odor , had issue with washer host uninterested . Furniture was VERY uncomfortable ! Room needs to be more inviting !

This this is falling apart
Ceiling fans leaked water yes I said leaks water.Doors were falling off the hinges anything with a knob besides the front door was loose or falling off.The air conditioning bearly kept it cool and it has 70 degrees out side.The down stairs shower was like having someone peeing down your back half the preasure went at your foot and half came out of the shower head.The steps going to the upstairs were very dangerous and if you came out of the bathroom your would hit your head on.This could be a really nice place if the property owner would keep it up and I know they got the money for 250 a day in the off season. Come on yell can do better

Nice little condo, needs new cleaning crew
Upon arrival there was garbage under the upstairs beds including beer cans, socks, food containers and some dishes. The floor was not sweapt properly. I contacted the owner and told them the cleaning crew was not doing a proper job. I cleaned the mess as I didn't want a cleaning crew I didn't know coming while my things were there. Over all the whole place needed a good deep clean. Kitchen utensils were there but lacked quality. i.e. no lids for pans and random cutlery. Location was good and the pool was nice. With a proper cleaning and some nicer kitchen supplies, this place would have been decent.

Not as advertised
This property needs a revision on the description. There is a QUEEN not a king bed in the master bedroom. Big problem for our group! Also, the cleanliness left A LOT to be desired. The floors were gross! The bathtub/showers were grimey and the kitchen countertop had a greasy film on them. The top bunk upstairs had no bedding, we had to go through stuff in the closet to find sheets and make that up. Rugs were left in the washer so when we opened that to put our laundry in 2 days later we had to rewash them because they had sat there wet. For the price that is charged for a cleaning fee we should not have experienced all this. In addition please supply more than 1 extra trash bag for a group of 8 staying 5 days. Truly think we left the place far cleaner than we found it and I should get the cleaning fee back since I cleaned it upon entry and again when leaving.
