Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Updated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with just a minutes walking distance to the beach! Enjoy the beautiful Gulf Shore sunsets overlooking the Lagoon at night on our porch in the lounge chairs. Avoid large crowds staying in this condo as this complex has only 14 units. This beachy condo has an open floor plan that allows your family and friends to enjoy hanging out together while your cooking your favorite meal, or sitting and laughing around the dining table that comfortably sits 4. We offer a king bed in our master suite. 2 full beds in our 2nd bedroom with a queen pull out sofa in the living room. Washer/dryer, full kitchen, TV in each room, free Wi-Fi, year-round pool and a grilling area.

*Fully stocked kitchen with new pots, pans, coffee pot, tea kettle, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, blender, utensils, crockpot

The place was nice and property manager responded well.
The only issue we had during the week long stay was issues with the air conditioner. The air would sometimes work fine and othertimes not, so I doubt the manager had any prior knowledge to the issue. I messaged and advised her of the problem after the second day, and she had repairs done while we were out for the day. She was friendly and quick to respond, and I am completely understanding that household issues will happen. The important part is that she was quick to resolve the problem, so in my opinion has earned a 5 star rating.
