"Upon check in (I had already paid ahead for my room for 2 nights), the gentleman requested my credit card for incidentals. It should have been a hold, not a charge. I was charged $40 ($20 for each night). After I was alerted by my Visa Co of a charge, I inquired. Was told that it would be refunded upon checkout and the return would be based on my banks' terms.
