Perfect little house!!

Our family had a wonderful time on vacation here. Everything was clean, the owner was very responsive and even had some treats on the counter when we first came. The kids loved the pool in the backyard. We had a great time!

Great House and Host
The host provides a bunch of information about the area to help you acclimate. The house was very clean and met our needs. It was a great location for us and was about equidistant from Pensacola and Navarre beaches. Neighborhood was quiet and the people seemed quite friendly.

This place was amazing very clean Has everything you could ever need while you were on vacation. The pool was amazing and Kim kept in contact with us the whole time my daughter is graduating from PA school and she had a balloon and flowers and cupcakes for her. That was very sweet. I would definitely stay here again.

I had an exceptional stay at So Much More. The home was not only beautiful but also quaint, creating a cozy atmosphere. The pool and outdoor area were perfect for both work and leisure, offering a delightful environment to enjoy meals and the weather. Kim's impeccable service made the experience even more enjoyable. Her thoughtfulness and attention to detail were evident throughout, especially the picture of Jimmy Graham when he was a New Orleans Saint. I highly recommend this property!

We had an awesome week long vacation at Kim’s house! She was one of the best homeowners we have ever dealt with on a vacation. She was very thoughtful in making sure we had everything we needed! We would highly recommend staying here! My family loved the pool and the games she had at the house. The beach was beautiful! We would definitely stay again! Thanks Kim!!!

This was a fantastic place to stay I stayed with my wife and my aunt and my 4 kids the suit in the back was perfect for my aunt so she didn’t have to be woken up by kids and the beds were perfect and very comfortable. I have a 9 month old who ram around in his walker and could not be happier. The other three could not get enough of the pool it was perfect for going to the beach and then getting away from all the tourist it really felt like home Kim could not have been any better of a host.

Best Vacation House EVER!!
Kim could not have been more accommodating! The hours is exactly as described, but better! It was clean, but better! It was a great location, but better!! It was SO MUCH MORE than anything we were expecting, and BETTER!!! The house is beautiful, clean, and perfectly situated for everything we wanted to do. Kim is so responsive and was so concerned about our vacation vibes that we knew we were in good hands! We would not hesitate at all to book another of Kim's stays!

The owner was a dream to work with! Responsive and helpful! This was easily the most thoughtful VRBO home I’ve stayed at! Also the bed was ***chef’s kiss***! This was close to beaches and activities, however far enough off the beach that days that were too cold for swimming in the ocean due to wind were perfect for swimming in the pool. I can think of no way for the owner to improve any aspect of this amazing property!

Spring Break
We had three adults and three High Schoolers that came for Baseball Spring Training. The property was perfect for everyone. It was close to Pensacola Beach and the baseball fields. The house was amazing. Kim our host was helpful, hospitable and even left little gifts for the kids when we arrived. Beds were comfortable, pool was the perfect temp. The kitchen came with everything we could imagine making it easy to dine in. I wish Kim had properties everywhere. We WILL tell everyone coming to Spring Break Training next year to check out her properties as they will not be disappointed.

AMAZING!!
The home was beautiful and CLEAN! Kim was very kind and generous~~the trip was all about my sister who is fighting cancer. Kim gave informative info in case there was an emergency. That means so much to me as it truly showed she cared! She was very responsive and checked in often to see how everything was going and to see if there were any needs. You will no doubt love this home, but you will also love the owner.! We will definitely be back!! Thank you Kim! You are AWESOME!

It was So Much More
We had a blast. The property was amazing and the host was very thoughtful and left the kids cookies and ice pops in the freezer. The pool was clean and refreshing. We wish we could have stayed longer. We come from Clearwater for family reunions every year so I know we will be back to stay. The property was beautifully decorated and felt so relaxing. The host wanted us to enjoy ourselves and make memories and we did just that. She worked hard to get us in a little early so we would not have to be in limbo with 4 kids for a later check in time. Kim, we appreciate you and hope that we will be there next year!

We were impressed with the meticulous construction of the house and tidiness and cleanliness! You could tell it was done with much love. I especially liked the “she shack” for my husband who snores. We kicked him out a couple times and of course the one and a half year-old cousins loved the pool. We sure had a lot of great card games on the dining room table outside. The only damper was a lot of rain, but we got the sunshine as well! Can’t complain. Give you guys an A+ plus !!!

If you are looking for an amazing host that takes care of every detail, in a beautiful, very clean, well maintained, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood... than this is your gem! We booked this house as a last minute (literally three days before departure) and had our fingers crossed. From the get-go Kim was positive, friendly, and accommodated us beyond our wildest dream! We have four children, three are teenagers, and after two days in a car we entered this beautiful home and found Oreo's , Cheetos, and candy! (Needless to say they did not last long)! What an amazing host. She sent us information on local activities, places to visit, grocery stores and restaurants. She called and told us not to hesitate with any questions that is what she is here for to be our tour guide and host and to have the best vacation! We felt like royalty! The pool in the backyard was very nice. The house is not on the beach but had so many options to choose from each day that were minutes away! A variety of one-of-a-kind restaurants and the usual were just a couple minutes away, along with Wal-mart, dollar stores, etc. Everything within reach. Our quick trip was loaded with relaxation, and memories made at So Much More 2! The only thing we would have liked was warmer weather, but that is totally out of Kim's hands! LOL We will definitely book this house again and highly recommend it!
