"Great stay , the staff were all very friendly and helpful. We used the airport shuttle provided and were received and dropped off on time. Our connecting flight was cancelled and we were able to easily rearrange our arrival time. Front desk staff were very helpful and check in was very smooth. Room was clean and fresh and bathroom was well stocked with toiletries, and room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels provided. "The hotel would not accept my booking through expedia! They said they dont even deal with expedia! When questioned about why expedia have them on their site they said they have been telling expedia not book for years! I think the hotel had over booked and were looking to fob me off! As i booked and was to pay at hotel and hotel over booked!"

"Absolutely marvellous place. Security very friendly, early check in with upgrade. Room excellent. Breakfast fabulous and also we had a delightful roof top evening meal. Laundry a little expensive but a great stay overall."
