"Was difficult for people to get access to their rooms if reception not open. We had to help 3 sets of people. The noise from construction all around was loud and constant. We should have been informed prior to booking. Receptionist lovely and helpful. Comfy beds and good pool/ gym facilities. Everything worked. "

"Ok place good size rooms, close to town centre in Caleta. BUT the pictures are out of date, no shop area, a bar that closes at 3.30pm, and if you are not into aeroplanes, the hotel is right below the flight path to the airport a mile or so away so can be very noisy"

"Raquel, the owner, is a gem and couldn't have been more helpful. We'd arrived tired and hungry and Reception was closed, but the cleaner was able to let us into our room, which we discovered had a double bed, not the two singles we'd requested. So we were initially very grumpy, but once I'd worked out how to contact Raquel through the Expedia app and had spoken to her she was very apologetic and got it sorted after a couple of hours. Informed Reception...Still Nothing Stayed in Apt 113...As Far back from All Amenities as you can Get !!!..With no other Guests anywhere near Yet Many Guests were in Apts right beside Pool ??..lovely Complex..Good Wifi...Would Still Come Back...Reception Opens at 1pm.."
