"The property is situated in a lovely, peaceful spot. On Friday night when we arrived, sat having drinks in the garden we were lucky enough to see a mother deer and her fawn skipping up the fields behind us. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed, large spacious bedrooms and a lovely hot tub. We had lunch in the dog and gun pub just up the road and the food was delicious. "We had a lovely 2 night stay here, the house is beautifully finished with lots of space. The hot tub was a very welcome addition and we made good use of the living space. Ann was brilliant at providing all the information in advance. My only slight request would be to have some larger pans, cooking for 7 with a small frying pan was quite tricky!! "The location is ideal for visiting Harrogate, only a short walk into the city. We were at a conference in Harrogate so were out all day but retuning to this house was perfect. We loved the hotel touches such as fresh clean towels and toiletries! The interior was styled so lovely and bright, and it was great to have a supply of tea and coffee in the cupboard for when we arrived. The treats were a nice touch and so grateful for the peace and quiet as well as the free parking. Lots of nearby walks,...

"We enjoyed our stay here in Otley. There are views to the River Wharfe from the front windows, and it was an easy walk into town. Everything was neat and clean. There are also a lot of steps (which might be an issue for anyone with mobility issues) and the double beds are small. "
