Beautiful apartment just a few steps from the sea in Puertito de Güímar, halfway between the south and the capital of the island. Bright, with parking space and air conditioning. Perfect for teleworking, it has 300mbs fibre Wifi, it also has Smart TV with free access to Netflix, so you can enjoy your favourite series. A completely exterior housing, decorated with love, surrounded by black sand beaches, where you can enjoy the atmosphere of the place.

It is ideal for couples and friends as it has capacity for 2 people, with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room with sofa, a nice terrace, Internet Wifi (fibre), parking space, air conditioning. It also has Smart TV and access to Netflix. With the beach just a few steps from the house, in a nice village full of walking areas, bathing areas, terraces and restaurants. It also has a magnificent connection to the motorway to get to know the rest of the island.
