Renovated family home with access to the sea

Summary:
Completely renovated farmhouse in the small town of Guimaëc (1000 inhabitants) with sea view from the garden and the house. The house consists of a spacious and bright living room, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor, and upstairs a Mezzanine office and a final bedroom.

The Space:
This farmhouse has 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and a bedroom on the mezzanine (access via small stairs). It can accommodate up to 9 people.

The large room on the ground floor accommodates a living room with fireplace, a dining area with a large table, a modern kitchen with a central island. On the ground floor, you will also find in the back kitchen, a storage room opening directly outside with washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.

Linen is included (tea towels, bath mat).
End-of-stay cleaning option: €65 incl. tax
Double bed kit (bed linen and bathroom linen): €30 inc. tax/bed
Single bed kit (bed linen and bathroom linen): €25 inc. tax /bed

The sleeping side is separated by 2 small steps and the corridor leads to 2 sea view bedrooms each with a 160x200 bed, a bedroom with a 90x200 bed and a bench seat that can be converted into two 80x200 beds (non-separable), a toilet and a shower room.
Upstairs, an office/games room on the mezzanine with sea view and a sea view bedroom with 2 90x200 beds

Outside you have access to:
• A corner meals and garden furniture
• A large lawned garden with sea view

Guest Access:
Concierge service available on request (shopping delivery, train station/airport transfer, etc.)

Pets are accepted in the accommodation, we will ask you to be careful not to leave dog poop in the garden for them. following tenants.

The house is located in a hamlet of 3 houses, without a busy road.
The unfenced garden is on the edge of the field
Side activity, you have a sailing and surfing school in Locquirec (2kms), a pony club, numerous beaches, the GR34 by the sea, fishing on foot, boat trips, a golf course 30km away, local markets throughout the week.
From Plougasnou, you can embark for the island of Batz (dogs allowed) or for the Château du Taureau.

Access to the beach:
Poul Roudou beach - 10/ 15 minutes on foot via the path which joins the GR
Vili Izella Beach - 35/40 minutes on foot via the path which joins the GR
Moulin de la Rive Beach in Locquirec - 6 minutes by car
Plougasnou Beach - 12 minutes by car

3 kilometers from Guimaëc, you will quickly reach the village and its shops (bakery, supermarket, butcher). The closest town to the house is Lanmeur, there you will find a supermarket with gas station, a medical center and a veterinary clinic (less than 10 minutes by car from the house).
