"Property was good. Lots of room. Furniture was a little dated but clean and comfortable beds . Budget accommodation that was reasonable. Suited our requirement. Lots of teenagers and a dog. Family fishing and beach trip. Don’t expect the ritz though and only one bathroom was difficult with a big family at times. Kitchen was clean and well equiped. Lots of room for two cars maybe more. No problems with bbq."

"10/10 location and beautiful view, couldn’t get any closer to beach. House a bit dated and bit creepy (according to kids) but fit for purpose to relax and unwind for a peaceful break. Beds cosy and comfy and spacious house. Shower pressure was immense and kitchen had everything needed."

"We had a lovely stay at Seachange. Just some things to suggest to improve on… provide enough dishwashing tablets for the time the guests are staying, make sure the doona covers are washed as one had white residue (similar to toothpaste), spider webs need to be cleaned. Underneath lounges were very dirty, which we would not normally notice but we had something roll under and had to move lounge and it was filthy underneath. Also the basin tap in upstairs bathroom is leaking and needs...

"The house is a short walk to the river and ocean, the road house and general store. There's a park with playground across the road for the kids. It was a little snugger in terms of space than the photos necessarily reflect, especially given a) you have to go through the room with the 2 single beds to get to one of the double bed rooms and b) there isn't a door on the room with the 2 single beds so it's just open to the living area. If you had kids in that room it would be difficult to...

"We stay in Guilderton every year and we absolutely love it, as our family has grown over the years this was a fantastic large property and pet friendly "bonus" the only down fall was not much parking. "

"Great town great location. House is appointed well, however.. Advertised as 3 queen beds, but only two were accessible. My partner ended up on lower bunk & I had to use the couch. Back door was jammed shut - absolute fire hazard. Agent failed to return contact."
