This lovely little 1950’s cottage is set high upon the hill and offers not only privacy but beautiful views of the Moore River. Away from the hustle and bustle but still close to everything Guilderton has to offer.
Offering only one living space which includes living, sleeping and kitchen area. There is also a separate indoor bathroom, toilet and laundry.
The kitchen also includes an old-style wood fire oven. So, for those cooler months grab your glass of wine, hot chocolate or whatever you fancy and snuggle up next to it.
Outside also offers not only one but two lovely spots to sit. Enjoy a family BBQ or just sit back and enjoy your surroundings and beautiful views.
Bring back Childhood memories of those slumber parties. Jump into bed get comfortable and reminisce about your days adventures while you drift off to sleep.
1 x living space which includes 2 x Queen beds and 2 x sets of bunks. Second Queen bed has a large cupboard dividing it from the rest of the room offering some privacy. This area also has its own access door leading out to the bathroom and toilet area.

Practice kayaking canoeing, splashing and playing in the water, windsurfing, boating, photography, bird watching, climbing, collecting sea shells, building sand castles, treasure hunts, beach volleyball, or simply comb the beach for free craft supplies.
Pack a hamper and spend the day or a balmy evening with good company at the gas fired free barbecues under the trees and enjoy the river mouth view. Mother nature is often in action and occasionally the mouth of the river sandbar opens to the sea.
Swing the clubs on one of the most picturesque 9 hole golf courses in WA. For family fun day out enjoy a game of mini golf.
Paddle, kayak or canoe up the Moore River
Test your sand board skills at the sand hills.
Enjoy majestic sunsets over the Indian ocean.
