"The bedroom was nice and clean with AC and a little tv. The bed a very firm queen mattress placed low to the floor. The bathroom was very small with 2 toilets, a sink with a mirror, and a tall/narrow shower. The used towels and the used toilet paper is restocked daily. They do not speak a word of English. The bedding was not replaced once while staying there for 9 days. The door locks were very difficult to use."

"Worst experience in my 40+ years of travel. Loud, aggressive dogs barking ALL NIGHT LONG outside and no one attempts to keep them quiet. I got ZERO sleep and feel like crap this morning. I would have been better off sleeping in the middle of the street- and I have to pay money for this?? Also strong mold smell from bathroom and gas smell if heat is on."

"This is a lovely, very private, countryside getaway. It's quiet and restful. The owners were kind and accommodating and we had a truly lovely evening meal as well as a good breakfast. We were there only for one night but this would be ideal for a longer stay."

"I had the best time EVER! The property was located a few miles from the Rome airport and only five miles from the city center. The owners son Gabriel picked us up from the airport and his English was great. Our room was spotlessly clean and air conditioned. "Nice setup rooms in Resort Park style. Birds singing most of the time reminding of natural country. Only issue is that even with one week stay, we had to empty the garbage ourselves but that is not a huge problem since the bins are located close to our room. Overall very nice and we will definitely stay in “Hu Roma properties “ if we come back to Italy."
