Spacious apartment 5 minutes from the boulevard and beautiful views Very nice house in natural stone on a superb Breton property with two dwellings. You will enjoy a fantastic calm in the middle of a green nature, a few minutes drive from the bay of Morlaix. The large living room opens onto a beautiful south-facing terrace. Here, or under the large lime tree, you can relax and enjoy pleasant meals in the open air. You have a lot of private space, especially as the building between the gîte and the owner's house is not inhabited. The village of Guiclan is located between the Monts d'Arrée, with its arid landscapes, and the magnificent white sandy beaches of North Finistère. Here, in the heart of Brittany, you will be enchanted by this wild and preserved region, whose highest peak, the Roc'h Ruz, culminates at 385 metres. In the immediate vicinity, impressive calvaries, sculpted altarpieces and pretty chapels are worth a visit, as is the small seaside resort of Carantec or the port and spa of Roscoff, from where you can set sail for the island of Batz. The location of the cottage allows you to relax in the middle of nature, while remaining close to the seaside, cultural and tourist sites and numerous hiking trails. The ground floor of the gîte is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Indeed, this house is suitable for accompanied persons with reduced mobility. There is a a terrace with a view of the garden, for an aperitif and/or a barbecue.
