Wonderful villa located in the mountains of the southern part of the island of Tenerife. 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Alcalá, 15 minutes from the tourist center of Las Américas, 20 minutes from the Teide National Park. The villa is decorated in a tropical style. It offers a private pool, sauna, fully equipped barbecue area, chill out terrace.

House with potential
Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümer war freundlich und nett. Er kam uns auch entgegen mit der Abreise Uhrzeit. Das Haus und das Grundstück hätte auch wirklich viel Potenzial, um was wirklich schönes draus zu machen. Kritik: Das Wasser vom Pool war nicht klar, sondern sehr trüb. Das Haus war auch nicht sauber geputzt. Und den Betten war es sehr dreckig. Die Toiletten wurden nicht gereinigt. Der Spiegel im Badezimmer war nicht richtig gereinigt, im Abflussventil waren Haare, die Küche sollte zwingend mal richtig gereinigt werden (war alles eher klebrig). Wie gesagt, das Haus hat Potential, nur sollte man es auch pflegen
