"Die Villa in Bellerive liegt an einem wunderschönen Ort direkt über dem Murtensee, tolle Aussicht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr komplett, modern und grosszügig. Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Agentur, man wird laufend mit x-Mail bombardiert und liest offenbar die gesandten Antworten nicht. Ohne viel Glück wären wir bei unserer Ankunft (es war ja niemand...

"location équipée avec plein de jouets pour les enfants, une exposition ensoleillée, un grand jardin avec la neige parfait pour une piste de luge pour les enfants. tout le matériel pour vivre comme à la maison. un poêle qui chauffe toute la maison d'une manière très efficace. une semaine de vacances parfaite. merci Thierry, au plaisir de revenir"
