"There was a huge New Year's Eve party with a band playing until the early AM hours one floor below our room. The property never mentioned this when booking of when checking in. When I asked to have just that one night refunded, the property refused and said it was my fault. They should have asked to be moved to another building in the middle of the night. "The chalet was very nice and clean. It was me, my wife and our two kids ages 6 and 7. The pull out couch was easy to use and the pillows and blankets were provided. The bed for us was in a loft area which was a little difficult to get in and out of bed. We enjoyed our one night stay here and would not have any issues staying here again. "
