"We contacted the B&B to arrange a very early check in which was agreed with no problem. There was a dedicated parking space close to the guest entrance which made taking luggage to the room easier. We stayed whilst the worst of Storm Darragh was passing, so the short walk to the entrance was very welcome. The room was spacious enough with shower, comfortable bed and, despite Storm Darragh doing its worst outside, very quiet. Breakfast was very tasty with all produce locally bought, or made in...

"The cottage was perfect for a weekend away in a great location with easy access to the coast and countryside. The cottage was clean and comfortable with enough space for 4 adults. "We booked Mary's wonderful house for a weekend away in December for a catch up with old friends (12 of us in total). We had an amazing time and really recommend the house. It has lots of character from being an old pub called The Star and the rooms were really comfy with almost all of them having their own ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious for cooking even for 12 people and we loved the fireplace and piano in the main living room. We didn't get out much due to storms...
