Note: you cannot walk anywhere from this hotel except the restaurant across the street. Located on HWY 1 and there is no sidewalk or shoulder, so not good for walking anywhere. "

"It was an awesome stay. Beautiful site. Our favorite aspect of the hotel, in addition to the service, comfort, location and amenities, is the LIGHTING! Well lit rooms and hallways. I don’t understand why all other hotels are so Dark? The bright bedroom ceiling light and bathroom light made for a very enjoyable stay. Other hotels take note!"

"It’s a remodeled motel that meets most of the marks. The room was quite nice and it was fairly quiet once it got dark outside. The pool was large with a bar. The outdoor fireplaces did not work but otherwise everything was fine. "

"Tucked just off the main street of Guerneville, California, this quiet collection of comfortable spaces provided the get away I needed. My four legged, furry friend and I enjoyed a newly remodeled king bed suite. It was the size of a studio apartment! Although the bed was too high for my short legs, it was luxurious. My two complaints are more inconveniences than complaints: the WiFi and cell service was so bad that I found myself cut off from the Internet. That’s not really a bad thing. The pool was not heated, so swimming on the last day of summer didn’t happen. If I find myself needing to get away from the stress of everyday life, I will absolutely return to West Sonoma Inn and Spa."
