Pet-friendly lake front Cottage, Abitibi-Temiscamingue Region

Located on the lakefront this cottage is a gem with a private cove and sandy beach. The cottage is an all-season refuge. In the summer, the slow incline into the water makes swimming accessible to all ages. Fishing and boat outings are a favored choice for our guests. The tranquility of nature allows a great break from those other so hectic days. The modern, cozy cottage has a cast iron fireplace and an outside BBQ. In the wintertime, past-time favorites are ice-fishing and snowmobiling. We cater breakfast, meals, and snack-packs with many homemade & local items (bread, marmalade, chutneys, etc) and property own fresh eggs against a surcharge. Book these meals at your earliest and save yourself endless shopping.

Another good stay, thank you
It's a beautiful remote location. The cottage was comfortable and welcoming. Things to know: The listing needs updating, there is no DVD player and the wood stove has been removed Note there is no shower, but the hot tub is good. It is on property with an adjacent working hobby farm. Your privacy is complete but construction sounds could be intrusive at times. Still, I would not hesitate to recommend and hope to return.

Beautiful spot, friendly hosts.
Was well kept and in a beautiful location. Gorgeous area and cabin with everything needed for a gateway with my wife. Hosts were welcoming/did a great job at being available while also respecting privacy.

This is my idea of a cottage
Simple yet with all I needed, Not overdone as a home might be. I am rating the Blueberry Cottage, btw, The one I booked wasn't available so I got the other they have for the same price. This is why I only gave 4 stars to the accuracy of the listing, I didn't see the cottage I originally booked. The beach and water are pristine, perfect for kids. And there is wilderness hiking nearby. I'm planning on returning, possibly with my grandchildren..Oh,Ron is a great hose and Felicitas' bread is wonderful!
