Terrace and enclosed garden of 70 m² facing south-west. Private parking on the property, possibility of parking in front of the cottage.
Ground floor: beautiful fitted kitchen open to cozy living room, 1 bedroom (160x200 bed), shower room (walk-in shower) and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms each with private shower room/wc (1: 140x190 bed, 2: 2 twin 90x190 beds).
