"Buena ubicación, recién pintado. Apartamento como se ve en las fotos. Debería actualizarse algunas cosas, tales como el baño y las ventanas que son demasiado viejas. También se debería revisar la potencia de luz contratada puesto que con un solo fuego de la vitro , el microondas y una lampara saltan los plomos. Antonio muy simpático y amable, nos proporcionó un utensilio que necesitábamos en cuanto se lo dijimos."

"Desde el primer momento que hice la reserva Alejandro ya estaba en contacto conmigo. La ubicación del sitio es ideal, tienes la autovía a menos de 1 km y había un montón de aparcamiento. Tienes un montón de supermercados cerca como Mercadona o Lidl, además de gasolinera a menos de 50 metros. Unfortunately we were here during lock down, so couldn't experience restaurants etc. We were also very limited, as all beach kiosks restaurants etc closed. Apartment bijou, but everything there except a freezer and only Spanish TV, so take your iPads!!! Good Wifi!!"

"Stayed one week in this beautiful large apartment just a short walk from central Santander. Apartment was perfect for what we wanted. We used the bus network to get around with estop just outside taking you to El Sardinero. Would recommend apartment as it's close to centre of Santander but not so that it is too noisy. . Mar was an excellent host"

"We enjoyed our week here. The house was fine for 2 adults and 2 teenagers in the sunshine although it might be a bit small if there was as a lot of rain and you needed to be inside - for example only 1 small sofa to sit on and 4 chairs round the table. The swimming pool and padel tennis court were amazing - we loved using them and mostly had them to ourselves all week! The local beaches are beautiful. A kettle would have been a good addition to the kitchen!"

"Irene responded quickly to my emails, gave us good directions, and met us on time for check in. The place is an amazing spot next to pastures. I didn't realize that there were 3 adjacent units and it was a little be noisy at times but overall we were very happy because the place was clean and modern. There were many flies when the cows are nearby. I recommend keeping the de-humidifier on at all times. Everything in the uint was well kept and in working order. We would definitively recommend it...

"We really enjoyed our stay in Liencres. The apartment had everything we needed for 2 adults and a 3yr old (including Wi-Fi, which is often missing from apartments we've stayed in in the past). The area around Liencres has lots to offer, including lots of great beaches. Laura was a great host and very helpful. We'd definitely recommend staying here!"
