Seems to be getting emails from two different sources (the management company and the owner perhaps?) with duplicated information. That should be simplified. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very clean and stocked with plenty of kitchen and household items that provided us with anything we may have needed on our vacation. The neighborhood was quiet and the outdoor patio provided a great place to enjoy morning coffee. We had a small issue with the water heater but after reaching out to the host there was a plumber on site within the hour and the issue was resolved by the end of the day. "The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The neighbourhood was quiet, restaurants and grocery stores were about a 3 - 4 minute drive away very convenient. The host was very responsive in terms of replying. I would recommend and stay again. One note, I was unaware of an additional temporary charge (hold on credit card) in terms of a security deposit for the rental. It was only a temporary hold but I was unaware of that and the i.d. check in scan (photo) having utilized other rentals...
