Great vacation home for family in the charming village of Gudhjem.



Located in the north of the island, right on the coastline, you can call this modern and practical vacation home in a semi-detached house your own. The interior is bright and cozy, so you can feel right at home from the start. Always present is the nearby sea, which you can already see from the living room and terrace during your meals. For the children, the cozy loft with sleeping area under the peaked roof, which is accessible via a steep ladder, may be suitable.



If you are not tempted to stroll through Gudhjem with its picturesque harbor, northern Bornholm has a lot more to offer: On day trips you will discover the varied rocky coast with cliffs and beaches. You'll also stay close to the famous Østerlars round church and Bornholm Art Museum. In the interior of the island you will find the famous crevice valleys and beautiful forests. In addition, you can look forward to a great gastronomic scene.

super Lage, toller Blick auf die Ostsee, mangelnde Sauberkeit
Wir waren sehr wahrscheinlich die ersten Mieter in diesem Jahr. Die letzte Reinigung war wohl länger her oder sehr oberflächlich. In den Ecken lagen große Wollmäuse, auf den Lichtschaltern Fußleisten klebt fettiger Schmutz. In dem Küchenschrank unter dem Kühlschraub leben Spinnen. Spinnenfäden in den Türrahmen und im Badezimmer. Die Haustür hatte sich gesenkt, zum Abschließen musste man sie anheben. Ich habe NOVASOL zwei mal angeschrieben, es kam keine Reaktion. Nach eigener Reinigung konnten wir langsam den Urlaub genießen.

Grandioser Ausblick mit Rückenschmerzen
Insgesamt haben wir uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und die Terrasse mit ihrem Ausblick viel genossen. Trotz der unten aufgeführten Mängel können wir die Ferienwohnung wärmstens empfehlen. Der Service durch Novasol wegen defekten Satellitenempfangs war gut. Dennoch gibt es einiges anzumerken: 1. Der Zugang zur Ferienwohnung sollte Fahrrad-/E-Bike-/Kinderwagengerecht sein; z.B. durch eine Rampe. 2. Die Betten sind leider sehr weich. 3. Die Info-Mappe in der Unterkunft haben wir um die aktuellen Informationen zum Service-Kontakt auf der Insel ergänzt.
