"John & Dianne were utterly lovely and made every effort for us. The listing is very clear and if you're looking for peace and quiet in a serene valley, you couldn't do better. The track should be driven with care but after the first time accompanied by John, it's not too bad. I wouldn't bring a car with low clearance though. The local town Spello is only 10 minutes drive away and is charming with excellent restaurants, interesting shops and and sights. "It was just wonderful. We were looking for a place where we could regain our strength and Le Torricelle gave us a paradise surrounded by nature, kind souls, peacefulness and rest. It is a remote place bathed in sunlight and good air. Whenever we felt the energy to go and explore the surrounding areas, we did not have to go and search far: the sea is reachable within 1 hour by car, beautiful small villages invite to walk and look at all of these old houses and castles and a good coffee is waiting...
