"I have been staying at this hotel for years. It is In the middle of the city center so it’s easy to walk everywhere. The hotel is clean and safe. Rooms are comfortable. Staff is AMAZING! "This is our second time staying at Terrazas. The hotel is conveniently located but security is needed and provided. The suites are spacious and clean. The staff very accommodating. The last morning of our stay, we had an early flight, we had no hot water. That's the only negative mark. Cold shower at 5am it's a little sad."

"After traveling for 10 hours, we arrived by taxi to find that all the lettering had been removed from the front of the building and it was shut down. It turns out that after intensive inspections after the recent earthquake, the building was determined to be unsafe. There were personal on the scene which transported us to a nearby hotel ( The Palace) which truned out great.
