Apartamento é ótimo, amplo, limpo e organizado. O condomínio possui estrutura completa. É perto da praia e do comércio da região. Proprietário Sr. Jorge muito atencioso e nos atendeu prontamente nas dúvidas. Recomendo. Fui com a Família, pretendemos voltar.

Tudo de bom, a única crítica é que não tinha o canal do campeonato de futebol, para meu marido e filho acompanharem, também foi só isso. Apartamento muito bem decorado e percebe-se o aconchego pelo perfume cokocado nos banheiros . Amei.

O apartamento é excelente, limpo, arejado e bem localizado. Além disso é bem equipado, possui fogão, geladeira, máquina de lavar e secadora. O espaço gourmet é uma delícia. A única ressalva que tenho é em relação a ausência de telas de proteção nas janelas, principalmente na dos quartos, quem tiver criança pequena deve se atentar a isso. Contudo, recomendo e pretendo voltar mais vezes. O dono do imóvel também é muito atencioso e sanou todas as nossas dúvidas, sempre nos atendeu com presteza e agilidade.

EXCELLENTE APARTAMENTO
O apartamento fica muito perto da praia e de fácil acesso; recebemos o apartamento bem limpo e completo inclusive uma churrasqueira na varanda gourmet que usamos para fazer churrasco; a piscina do condomínio é bem grande e minha neta adorou; com certeza voltaremos.

As descrições são precisas, o apartamento está muito bem localizado, construção nova, sem cheiro de mofo, super limpo e arejado. A varanda gourmet foi tudo de bom. O condomínio oferece vários serviços, um verdadeiro clube . Meus filhos amaram!!! Os proprietários foram atenciosos, simpáticos, nos passaram todas as informações necessárias. Recomendo o imóvel e pretendo voltar outras vezes.

Passamos o Natal em família no apartamento, adoramos! Ótima localização, tudo muito limpo e organizado. Apartamento decorado e limpo, sem cheiro de mofo. Piscinas e área de lazer bem organizada e limpa. Churrasqueira do apartamento muito boa e móveis (fogão e geladeira) novos. Passamos uma excelente semana!
