Olivetina is a private house in the hills in the municipality of Guardistallo, about one kilometer from the centre of the village.
The pristine environment, the location of the house, the beauty of the surrounding landscape with a wide view of the sea, offer tranquility and maximum privacy.
The house is for 2 people, consisting of a living room with kitchenette (complete with appliances such as dishwasher, oven and induction hobs with large fridge with freezer and washing machine), double bedroom, bathroom with large shower. There is also a second external bathroom and an outdoor heated shower.
The house is equipped with air conditioning, television, Wi-Fi connection. Parking space, automatic gate.
The outdoor area consists of a large terrace and land with olive trees of about one hectare.
