this detached stone house with breathtaking view is approximately 12 km from the seaside and 2,5 km from the village of Guardistallo, surrounded by olive trees and a beautiful countryside. The houses is suitable with 150 sqm for 6 persons and has been completely renovated. On the ground floor is a living room with an open fire place, a huge dinning room and a walled, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing maschine. One bathroom with shower cabin, WC and bidet.
On the first floor are the 3 sleeping rooms, 2 of them with double beds and one with 2 single beds. A large bathroom with shower cabin, WC and bidet. SAT-TV and central heating. In front of the house there is a covered terrace with garden furniture and you can relax in the garden or enjoy the panorama with a view up to the seaside.
All windows have a the protection for beens and moskitos.
There is a parking area for the cars beside the house.
