The comfortable apartment is immersed in the green Tuscan countryside, a few kilometers from the beaches and the pine forests of Marina di Cecina 13 Km and from Marina di Bibbona 18 Km.

Near by Guardistallo (Km 1,3) and Casale Marittimo (Km 3) with restaurants, wine bars and shops of all kinds with gastronomic specialties.
The shared swimming pool, with a beautiful sea view over the Tuscan archipelago, will be open from 10 June until 30 September.

Private and fenced garden, with grill and wood oven. A beautiful porch to live outdoors from breakfast to dinner enjoying the silence and the scents of nature. Private parking. Automatic gate. Am Haus Säule zum Aufladen von Elektroautos.

Ideal for two people. Only one small animal, max 10 kg, is allowed upon request and for a fee.
