"Nice hotel in a good spot in Barrio Escalante. It was nice to have our own apartment with a kitchen. Room was clean and the staff was friendly. I could tell that booking through Expedia was an extra hurdle for them, because we didn't get standard messages like our room door code or the wifi details, those appeared to be arranged some other way which was not known to me. It's well worth the money, but maybe book on a different platform."

"To me it was a great location. Its far enough from downtown but still walkable to/from. Clean room. There may be a coffee maker in the cupboards but I didnt see it and I would have loved to have one in the room. Other than that I enjoyed this place and Id recommend it to those that dont want to be too far or too close to downtown."

"Great views from the living area lots of windows but the unit had no Air Conditioning. During the day with that amount of windows in the main living area AC is a must, it got hot inside. Rooms were good but again no AC sleeping was a little uncomfortable. Overall ok for a short stay but adding AC alone would have made the stay go from average to great."

"The neighborhood is pretty quiet, and the house is at the end of a dead-end street, so even better. The apartment is one of four in the house, and very well appointed for a few days or longer. It has everything you need to visit the city, included a washing machine. We had a rental car, which would normally park on the street, but the owner was generous and allowed us to park in the garage as no one else was using it at the time. "We liked the convenience of a nearby well stocked supermarket and proximity to major street with bus service. Bring your earplugs though as the sounds of the street/cars are quite loud at night.
