"My family showed up at the airport in the middle of the night, yet the hotel sent someone with a car to pick us up. Not only that, but he helped us to resolve a currency exchange problem since we arrived without any Chinese yuan in hand and the money changers were closed for the night. There was also a free shuttle to the airport in the morning, and staff gave us a wake-up call and personally helped us to get downstairs with our luggage. I did not expect such good service for such a low price!"
