When we book the hotel the pictures look like rustic stile but when you there the room is completely deferent. Then we found coco roaches in the bathroom

Excellent location within Guanajuato. The room itself was very spacious with a gorgeous view of the city from the balcony. There is no elevator, so carrying heavy suitcases up the stairs was a bit of a hassle. The staff is courteous and helped with tour reservations and to get taxis. There is no in room coffee service provided, and we were given two 350ml bottles of water, so it was a bit of a hassle having to go get coffee and water whenever we needed it. Aside from those minor areas of improvement, the hotel is definitely a great place to stay.

Considering the difference in language the staff were very patient and accommodating. We liked the character of old Mexico. The hotel was ideally situated in the historic district. Great coffee shop right outside. Only negative did not open till. 8.30. Would definitely stay again. Thankyou.

I liked the property because : - structure of the building -terrace - Very good organization for check-in and check-out. I didn't like the property because: - the bed frame was broken and when we moved it made noise. - I think it would be good to distribute families better as babies were crying in front of our room.

I booked a room with a balcony and city view and didn't get what I booked, I brought it up with the receptionist and was told there was nothing they could do, wouldn't even refund me the difference to a low end room... they're more worried about their towels n sheets then the actually hospitality...the parking is 1km away too just so you know

El personal pide varias veces la misma información como si no tuvieran un sistema que les permita tener un control. La administración debe tener claro que todos los días se hace limpieza de habitaciones, no es necesario estarlo preguntando. Las instrucciones del hotel son claras, lo malo es que no cumplen con ellas como el cambio de toallas, dejan las mismas, mojadas y sucias. Lo único es que tiene una excelente ubicación.

La cama hacia mucho ruido, el baño hacia mucho ruido, las cortinas filtraban mucho la luz en las noches no era oscuro el cuarto, era muy caluroso no habia aire acondicionado, no lo senti un lugar tan confortable
