It needs a few details to earn top stars, but all in all very good. No hair dryer, no small wash towels provided. I will not hesitate to stay here again. Great Value, short walk to downtown, Great location, secure parking if you drive.

A bit expensive for the services. Stayed 5 nights over a week because it was close to family renting an apartment nearby. Never had hot water, at best near warm and cold at other times. Receptionist was “surprised” and then said it was due to time of day I was showering. Frankly, it did not matter. I showered in the morning, night and afternoon, and no difference. Drains sluggish and water would back up. Tv remotes did not work. Breakfast not included.

La habitación doble con cama king estaba limpia y era agradable, sin embargo en las dos noches de estancia no hubo agua caliente, y eso afectó en gran medida la experiencia. La habitación con dos camas matrimoniales lucia un poco vieja, estaba limpia pero pasó lo mismo con el agua. Nonfue agradable hospedarse ahí dado por el clima frío que hacía. De esa misma habitación no funcionó la televisión. Después de la primera noche notificamos en recepción el problema del agua caliente pero sin embargo el problema persistió. El hotel es muy bonito, el restaurante sirve buena comida y la atención fue amable, sin embargo ese detalle y la no resolución del mismo hace que la próxima vez busquemos otra alternativa para hospedarnos en Guanajuato.

Buen hotel
La estancia muy bien, los colchones y bases de colchón algo viejos ya que la madera y resortes son muy ruidosos, pero en general todo bien.
