When we got to the house, the house manager informed us of the daily housekeeping fees which were not listed in our contract which were significantly more money out of pocket. They blamed VRBO for not updating the house description. The home did not have complimentary soaps or shampoo as stated. The patio area and stairs were not cleaned. The shower had not been cleaned before our...

"We had an amazing week stay! The house accommodated comfortably 20 adults and 4 children. The gourmet area located by the beach is the high point as we all got together during the day and until late at night. The house staff I don’t have enough words to describe them. Maria, Tânia, Marcos, Gabriel and Fatima Thank you so much for all that was done to accommodate all our needs❤️!!! The only improvement that I can suggest is a dryer, due to the large amount of towels, linen and beach clothes...

"While vacationing in Rio, we opted for a few days in Angra to hit the clear blue waters. It did not disappoint!! The house is large, clean, and well kept, with a large kitchen, bedrooms, and living areas. And of course beautiful views! The Casseiro and Cozinheira are amazing and will do everything they can to ensure your stay exceeds your expectations!!"

"A casa está inserida num dos melhores pontos da ilha grande, perto do continente e com fácil comunicação com o Sr Touche que foi muito gentil e até ganhei um delicioso presente de aniversário! Seus funcionários também, nos ajudaram quando acabou o gelo. Como a casa fica na ilha, longe das vilas é necessário levar tudo que for consumir! A casa é espaçosa e tem um otimo deck para mergulhar. E como toda casa de veraneio, proxima ao mar e dentro da mata ela precisa de manutenções "

"We had such a lovely time in Andre's beautiful home. There were stunning views from the living room and three of the bedrooms. It was wonderful having the kayaks to explore the coastline, visit the nearby beaches, and to find great spots to snorkel. The kitchen needs some updating but we managed just fine. Our host was easy to communicate with and he gave us some great tips for local restaurants and activities. We hope to come back some day soon!"

"This place was terrible. The host did not care about our stay. When we arrived, the place was dirty, the toilet was broken, also one of the beds was broken, the outlets were not working and the shower drain stuck and smelling bad. The fridge had a bad smell. We tried multiple times to communicate with host with no answers or solution. What a terrible place to stay in Angra. "
