I booked this hotel based on the advertised free airport shuttle. After confirming my flight details with the hotel directly, we arrived to find no shuttle and no record of our request. Their solution was to pay for an Uber at our own expense. After over an hour of calls and being left on hold, they finally arranged a pickup — but we were forced to walk 12 minutes to a gas station at 2:30 a.m. with luggage and my pregnant wife, because the driver could not come to the terminal.
We settled at hotel near 3:45 a.m. The next day, we found more issues:
Breakfast was extremely limited and the cut fruit gave both of us food poisoning, derailing our plans.
Staff refused basic requests (like bananas) when items ran out.
Housekeeping refolded a used, dirty towel and placed it back as "clean."
Water shut off without warning, forcing me to wash soap off my hands in the lobby.
Air conditioning was unbearably loud, making rest impossible.
At no point did management offer any apology, explanation, or compensation for the series of unacceptable failures.
This hotel’s operations are careless, their advertising is misleading, and their basic hospitality standards are nonexistent. I strongly advise against staying here.
