We did, however, miss having coffee available in the room, as it wasn’t easy to find nearby. It would also be wonderful if the hotel had a great bar on-site, so guests wouldn’t have to leave the property to enjoy excellent food and drinks."

"I stayed in two different rooms two nights in a row. This review is for the first night in the bungalow rooms. Overall an excellent and relaxing stay with top notch service. The good: The staff is excellent. My dinner was delicious. I got a massage that was so relaxing and just what I needed. The pool is inviting. The room had a balcony at the back overlooking a stream that was super relaxing. It was so quiet and I slept like a baby. The bad: The room had a slight moldy smell but to be expected given the humidity. They offer a welcome drink that took forever to get, but these are minor and overall no complaints. Based on my experience, I booked another night but could only get the family room. That was a very different experience. I would not recommend the family rooms. I will review that one separately. "
