"Very nice and friendly staff. Place is very nice and modern although in classic Polish Highlander style. Food was excellent and there was no problem to accommodate different diatary needs. There is an great spa in the basement with sauna and salt cave to relax. "

"We stayed at this property for two nights just after Christmas . We were lucky to be there in a beautiful winter with loads of snow . Breakfast was delicious , staff was helpful , we booked a kulig ( horse sleigh ) for one of the mornings and that was lovely too . It’s close to goracy Potok hot thermal pools which are brilliant and only a short drive away from zakopane , gubalowka and beautiful mountains . There were issues with payment, though I’m not sure why or how since it was done through hotels.com. Staff was pleasant. Room had character. It was quiet and comfortable enough.
