"The check in took way too long, something which we find very annoying. The hotel is miss a bit of coziness. Easy access from the parking area, but a very long walk to reception. We had connecting rooms and the rooms were comfortable and ok in size. "

"We stayed for 2 nights Family 2 adults and 1 child We had a junior suite which provided excellent space! Beds were really comfortable even the sofa bed! Views were amazing from our room. Breakfast was excellent! Lots of choice and my daughter loved the waffle station as you could make your own! Suggest to go there early as it does get busy! Staff are amazing! Very friendly and helpful. I did not get her name but the lady who was working both evenings we stayed was super helpful as I did...
