"For the price it is very good. 24h reception is good given the location, coffee/tea available, though not in the room. Located in a remote Industrial area, so not a place you stay for the surroundings. Room was basic, but functional. Great breakfast, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes and all else that make a great breakfast. "

"Loved staying here, it felt like a posh youth hostel, we never had to wait to use the bathroom and while it was basic, everything was clean and comfortable. Lovely location, breakfast was in a hotel run by the same people in the town which was a 5 min walk away but not a problem at all, the breakfast itself was great (lots of vegan options) and the staff were so friendly. "We stayed here as attending a friend's wedding and booked a triple room. What we got was a chalet with two separate bedrooms which was brilliant. Breakfast was in the castle cellar - plenty of choice and very nice quirky space. The food at the wedding was absolutely fantastic with great service. Grounds were lovely too with beautiful views over the lake and marina. Only thing I didn't like was being overcharged on checking out even though the reservation was printed on paper first but when...
