"Large, very clean villa perfect for a large family or group that is very close to the Fieberbrunn bahn. Roland was an excellent host who was very easy to communicate with and even had a Christmas tree stand so we could purchase a larger tree. The rooms are large and cozy and then, living area was very spacious. Teens loved the ping pong table downstairs. Would definitely stay again."

"Es war ein traumhaft schöner Aufenthalt in einer sauberen und sehr gepflegten Ferienwohnung. Wir wurden freundlich begrüßt und fühlten uns dort rundherum wohl und gut aufgehoben. Die Gastgeber versorgten uns mit Tipps um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Auch eine eigene Garage gehörte mit zu unserer Wohnung. Mit gutem Gewissen, kann man diese große und luxuriöse Ferienwohnung mit herzlichen Gastgebern weiterempfehlen. "

"Wir waren in dieser Unterkunft über Pfingsten mit 13 Erwachsenen, 2 Kindern und 2 Babys. Lage ist okay, das Haus ist jedoch nicht zu empfehlen. Über 2600 Euro haben wir für 3 Nächte gezahlt, was leider nicht gerechtfertigt war. Folgendes mussten wir bemängeln: -Geschirrspülmaschine war nicht ausgeräumt -Keller war voller Müll/ kaputter Möbel -am Billardtisch fehlte 1 Kugel -1 Queue war kaputt -Spinnweben an jedem Fenster -defekte Tür durch die es 3 Tage lang gezogen hat -Licht im Ofen...

"The property is accurately described and the apartment is furnished with everything that is needed for an extended stay. It is an easy walk down the hill to Ellmau from the apartment. The mountain views from the apartment are spectacular. The owner is very easy to communicate with and always responds in a timely fashion. Our stay was for three days and we hope to return again. Highly recommended!"
