Nous avons réservé et payé une maison gérée par Poplidays sans possibilité d'annuler de notre part mais posibilité pour eux (lire la petite phrase dans un immense contrat que personne ne lit). Leur pretexte est qu'il se sont trompé sur le prix de 300€. Je suis commerçant et quand je me trompe sur une étiquette j'ai assez d'amour propre pour assumer mon erreur. Bizarement cette "erreur de prix" se trouvait aussi sur leur annonce sur d'autres sites. Nous sommes en relation avec vous depuis de nombreuses années et je suis étonné que vous travailliez aves des gens aussi "legers" qui ne répondent pas au téléphone. Qui va nous rembourser l'assurance annulation que nous avions prises lors du reglement ?
