- Bedroom 1: south-facing, with a 140 x 190 cm double bed, wardrobe and hanging space. Access to the enclosed terrace.
- Bedroom 2: Sofa that converts to a 140 x 190 cm double bed with a 20 cm thick mattress. Mezzanine bed with two children's beds, accessible via a telescopic ladder (2 real, custom-made mattresses, 1.50 m x 1 m, installed toe-to-toe).
- Bathroom with window fitted with bath, washing machine and cupboards
- Separate WC
Outside area :
- Communal outdoor swimming pool measuring 15 m x 7 m, depth 135 - 250 cm and paddling pool. The pool is open from 15 May to 15 September, with supervised swimming in July and August.
- Private parking space with the flat

- At the foot of the residence: tourist office, bus stop, cash dispenser, Vival grocery shop (bread and pastries) open 7/7 from 7:30 in the morning.
- Direct access to the harbour promenade with its various restaurants, snack bars, ice cream parlours and shops....
- Beaches: "du Grazel" sandy beach 1 km away and "plage des chalets" 5 km away
- 2 km away: supermarkets (Lidl/Intermarché), doctor's surgery, stadium, nightclub, skatepark, "pirate-park" amusement park (July/August)
