"Hotel staff are very kind, helpful and welcoming. The ambience in the building is positive. Room was comfortable, well equipped and tastefully decorated. I was happy to find washing machines on the main floor. Within walking distance to a grocery store, pharmacy and two s-bahn stations: S8/S9 will get you to Frankfurt Airport rapidly."

"We had a lovely view from the balcony of our room of the surrounding urban area with a view of the Dom. It was fairly central to the city and just a short walk to everything we wanted to see. It was clean with nice amenities and the staff was friendly and helpful. Marta, the concierge, is a lovely person, friendly, and so very helpful. "

"The surroundings area seems to be in degradation (wear and tear) such as graffiti, old structures, ect. It's not bad, but the city should ensure it doesn't go any further."

"Enjoyed our stay! Quick check-in and room was clean, bed was comfortable. Opted for the buffet breakfast and enjoyed our meals. Spent time in the pool and sauna after a long day of sightseeing. That was lovely. Hotel is walking distance to shopping, and main attractions. We walked to the farmers market at the main square. Restaurants and cafes near by. Easy transit or Uber to other attractions. We enjoyed our time in Frankfurt! We would stay here again! "
