There are two bedrooms: one room with a double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and two bunk beds, accommodating up to 5 adults and 2 children, and another room with one bed and one double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). The apartment has an exit leading to a small terrace, offering views of the countryside and the resort.

Peaceful stay in the countryside
The place was as described in the website two bedroom two bathroom apartment with simple furniture in a quite area. Beautiful nature. My problem was with the bed uncomfortable and cleanliness of the apartment the was dust balls everywhere. But overall the apartment was good.

The apartment was overall good.. and as described with simple furnishings. The location was quite and surrounded by nature. There are two bedrooms with cupboards and two baths. However, the beds were not comfortable and the cleaning of the apartment needs serious improvement as the apartment is full of spider webs.

Gefährliche Mängel bei der Ausstattung, unfreundlicher Kontakt des Vermieters!
Wir haben einen Kurzurlaub in Grünau zum Skifahren gemacht und brauchten hierfür eine Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Angangs war soweit Alles o.k. bis wir diverse Mängel vorfanden. Selbst da hätte man mit einer vernünftigen Konversation einiges regeln können. Aber anstatt einer Dankbarkeit seitens des Vermieters, dass wir die Mängel gemeldet haben, bekamen wir eine Drohung uns bei der Interhome-Plattform sperren zu lassen. Grund unserer Beanstandung hat damit begonnen, dass wie beschrieben kein Skiraum vorhanden war, hier wurde uns angeboten die Sachen einfach in den Hausflur zu legen. Die Stühle waren alle defekt und wirklich gefährlich, so dass ein Freund von uns beinahe auf dem Boden gelandet ist. Die Spülmaschine war defekt, lief nur manchmal an, pumpte nicht ab usw., bis wir dann das Geschirr mit der Hand spülten. Dass für eine 7-Mann-Ferienwohnung nur 6 Tassen vorhanden waren, sei nur nebenbei bemerkt. Am meisten haben wir uns aber dann über den unfreundlichen Kontakt des Vermieters geärgert, was mich auch veranlasst hat, diese Bewertung zu schreiben, was ich normalerweise nicht mache. Des Weiteren war in dem Vertrag von Easy Reserve eine bestimmte Kurtaxe pro Person und Tag vereinbart. Hier wollte der Vermieter, dass wir mehr pro Person und Tag bei Abreise einfach auf den Tisch legen, mit der Erklärung das wären die neuen Preise von 2019. Dafür denke ich macht man einen Vertrag wo solche Dinge geklärt sind und da zählt auch das Datum der Vertragsunterzeichnung. Da wir schon Alles komplett bezahlt haben, hatten wir auch keine Möglichkeit mehr einen Betrag für die genannten Mängel zurück zu halten und haben dem Vermieter erklärt die geforderte Kurtaxe einzubehalten. Hier bekam ich nur zu hören, wir seien selber schuld, dass wir die Mängel erst so spät melden und auch die Erhöhung der Kurtaxe wäre Rechtens, auch wenn es in unserem Vertrag anders drinsteht. Wir sind 7 friedliebende Freunde die zum Skifahren da waren und auch von früh bis spät diesen Sport dort ausgeübt haben und deswegen waren wir auch da und nicht um uns mit irgendwelchen Meldungen von den vorhandenen, teilweise auch bekannten Mängeln zu beschäftigen. Wir hätten die Angelegenheit auch gerne friedlich geregelt, aber nachdem der Vermieter im Gespräch einfach den Hörer aufgelegt hat, werden wir den Rest mit fewo-direkt, interhome, oder Easy Reserve regeln. Wir buchen auch gerne wieder über diese Anbieter, aber nicht mehr in diesem Haus, bei diesem Vermieter. Gruß Udo
