"Charming little place near the park. Very clean. I didn’t give five stars because the rooms are NOT sound-proof. My neighbors had a cough and it was so loud! You can hear conversations and everything else going on in adjacent rooms. "

"Gorgeous place. Enjoyed a moonlit night with a campfire. There IS a shower (note on VRBO indicates no shower); shower is just not located IN the wagon. Accessibility: Must climb a 3 step ladder to enter wagon so could be a challenge for some. Less than 20 mins to restaurants. Host, Tim was very congenial. Unique experience, would recommend."

"We enjoyed our stay. The property is as described in the posting. It is located close to Capitol Reef. The closest grocery is about 10 miles so get what you need before arrival. There is a small store which has many things that is closer but is closing for the season soon"
