You can enjoy soft, carpeted floors, comfortable furniture, and lots of coastal decor throughout the home whenever you're not out building sandcastles or taking those long, rejuvenating walks along the lapping shoreline. The wall-mounted flatscreen TV will make your movie-streaming nights fun and easy, and you can microwave plenty of popcorn in the full kitchen which boasts ample counter space and cabinet storage to help you prepare your favorite recipes. You can serve your dinner guests at the dining table with seating for six then let the dishwasher handle all the cleanup while you adjourn to the living room with a nice glass of wine and some good company. Don't forget to use the free WiFi to research a terrific ocean adventure or post a fun new memory to your social media.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). My husband, daughter, and I spent a few days here and were delighted with this rental. It’s clean and cozy with a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The location is terrific, within easy walking distance of a variety of restaurants. We hope to stay here again in the future!

We stayed 5 days in early June. Property was very clean, close to the beach with restaurants nearby. A bakery is just a block away and offers outstanding breads and other baked goods. The location is relatively quiet and it’s easy to get to the highways to go sightseeing. The property itself is comfortable, well furnished, and everything worked perfectly. It would be great if the kitchen knives were sharpened or replaced as they were horribly dull. Other than that, we have nothing bad to say. We would absolutely consider staying here again and highly recommend it.

A nice home away from home
The property is the bottom floor of a two story duplex. We didn’t hear whoever is upstairs at all. The living room was comfy with a couch and recliners. The kitchen had plenty of cooking supplies, plates, cups, glasses, etc. They had a standard coffee pot, no Keurig. Lots of towels available for the bathroom. Picnic table outside. Laundry room had camping and beach chairs. There were also beach towels. Bed, pillows and bedding were super comfortable!!

You are actually booking with management service Vacasa for air bnb. They are cold and no responsive. Say want to help and then say sorry they can’t. Example: extra bath towels, given over 20 hand towels. Or tide for more than 2 washes when they ask you to start load of towels on exit. By the way could have ran over 10 lads in dish washer. Just silly stuff at start of trip. In the end, someone local brought towels and someone local said don’t worry about washing towels

Walk to the Beach & Town
This vacation rental is easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and the cute town of Grover Beach. It was also very clean, quiet and had comfortable furniture. We stayed here with our son when moving him into Cal Poly SLO and it was the perfect choice. Plus we got to walk to the rodeo on the beach put on by Cal Poly's rodeo team!

Weekend getaway

Awesome Place!
Everything was wonderful here The location, the beds (super comfortable), the kitchen is stocked up with all that is needed, bathroom really nice ( great make up mirror in there too) the living room is great too. We will stay here again. Loved it.

Great location
We drove to Cal Poly, downtown SLO, Pismo Beach, Paso Robles for wine tasting... good location for all our day trips! Clean and quiet home. Red Bee coffee is very close by. I appreciated the little things like the lighted make-up mirror. It seemed to have everything we needed.

Comfortable and clean home near beach
Walkable a few blocks to good restaurants and the beach. We are a family of four (2 adults & 2 kids). The home was spacious for us, beds were very comfortable, everything was very clean and nicely decorated. Has hotel quality bedding, towels, toiletries. Would definitely stay again.
