New paint, flooring and beachy decor throughout. A large backyard with tons of seating, as well as a huge outdoor deck, sun-room, and sunny dining room. Quiet neighborhood but a very short walk to excellent restaurants of all types. Two large nearby groceries. You'll have the entire house to yourselves -- 4 bedrooms with closets, 2 full baths, full kitchen, living room, extra rec room, washer/dryer, barbeque grill – even Foosball! Fully stocked with kitchen supplies & linens. Plenty of on-site parking. We even provide free snacks! Ideal for families or friends.

When you rent a vacation home you often only deal with a large property management company. They’re typically available only Monday to Friday, 9 to 5. And even if you reach them during office hours it can take days to solve an issue – usually after you’ve checked out. And you often have to check in, fill out paperwork and get keys at their office, which can be miles away.

Our names are Melany & Jon and we own and manage this home ourselves. We’ve lived here for 30 years – California’s Central Coast is heaven on Earth to us! Your key will be waiting for you at the house in a lock-box. We live 5 minutes from the property and are available to help 24/7. You’ll have our personal cell number -- call or text ANYTIME! We’ll deal with any issue immediately. We are familiar with all the local shopping, activities, and restaurants (honestly we eat out too much). We’d LOVE to recommend places and activities to make your stay absolutely amazing!!

Wonderful Stay for Family Beach Getaway
Came for an alumni function at Cal Poly with my parents, wife and two kids (6 and 3). Kids loved it. Super nice and accommodating hosts. Super great location walking distance to the beach and a bunch of great restaurants. Would 100% stay again.

We had a blast this past weekend - the house is located in a perfect location, near to a variety of great resources, including food, the Pismo butterfly groves, golf courses, and much more. The hosts were incredibly responsive and were able to help us with questions as they arose. Would highly recommend staying here!

A lovely stop on our family road trip
We enjoyed staying in this cute little beach cottage on our road trip. It's a great location and a very short walk to the sand dunes and monarch butterfly grove.

Family get together
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay during a Pismo weekend. The location was great, close enough to everything without being in the middle of the chaos that is downtown Pismo. The owners were a delight and always get us informed. The house had a perfect beach charm. We will stay again next time in Pismo.

Charming little house in Grover Beach
We came in with two sets of grand parents to attend an event in San Luis Obispo. House was very easy to find, walkable to the beach. Fins Bar & Grill by the beach had a local band performing. Morning breakfast at Station Grill, the place was perfectly located. Everyone slept well in each King Bed. All the basic amenities you would want for a little getaway.

Great little beach house!
Melany & Jon are top notch hosts, checking in and being available for any and all questions. Just a few blocks from the Grover beach front and quick 5 minute drive to Pismo, this was perfect as a home base for our family of 7.

Perfect for us
We had a great stay here, only one night so we didn't get to explore Grover Beach much. We were SO pleased that the bed we slept on was great! We had a pleasant take-out dinner with our daughter in the dining room, and walked our dog around the neighborhood, and had coffee down the block. This place had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. We will call upon Melany and Jon again to stay here.

Amazing Home
The backyard is amazing. Hosts were super helpful and answered any questions I had right away. Had dinner at a pizza spot the host recommended and it was amazing. Definitely will be back soon to stay at the property.

We escaped norcal for a few days with the kids and our dog. The house was in a perfect location to walk to the beach. You can’t be the price for what you get with this cute lil beach house.

Cute house! The beds are comfortable (that's important)! The beach is so close and we were able to bring our dogs. The hosts left us a personalized wecolme and check in on us (via text) to make sure everything was going well. We will definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful beach home!
We stayed one night at this cozy, beachy home. It's spacious and charming and it had everything we needed! The decor is adorable and the beds are comfortable! The 5 minute walk to the beach is a plus! I had a broken leg at the time, and this house is very accessible. Highly recommend!

Such great hosts!!
The place is exactly as pictured and fit our family of 7 adults ages from 20s to 60s and we all slept comfortably. It’s very close to adorable little breakfast and restaurant spots nearby. The best part was how responsive the hosts were! They came by to say hello and give us a short overview of the place and came back a second time after accidentally blowing a fuse which was fixed quickly and without hassle! They were truly amazing!!

Weekend jaunt up the coast
The hosts were wonderful and the house was spotless. It is as described, a 1935 beach house. I loved the vintage kitchen and it is rare to have a large fenced in yard at the beach. Perfect location for visiting Pismo and the area. The only suggestion for improving our stay would be to fix the spongy floor in the back bedroom.

Great stay for a couple of days. Super cute little old house with short walk to a great beach and wonderful local coffee shop. Owner was very communicative, friendly and helpful. Comfortable bedrooms/beds. Could use a few updates: couches/futons very uncomfortable; front bathroom shower doesn’t work great; cute deck with bistro lights but backyard is overgrown with plants and filled with old, broken furniture.

Everything was awesome and as described. Very quiet neighborhood. Good restaurants in immediate area other great ones in Pismo and Avila. Went back n forth to SLO 2xs/day for college athletics. Easy drive Will do again. KO
